We ship worldwide, so we're closer than you think! If your country does not have a shipping option at checkout, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Dispatch times

Orders with pieces that are in stock are currently dispatched within 3-5 business days (from Monday to Friday) .

If a piece needs to be made from scratch, the turnaround time is longer and mentioned on the item page.

Orders are made and packed 5 days a week, and are dispatched Mon-Fri.

SHIPPING

Studio Ansitru offers shipping options that are both tracked and untracked, to keep the shipping cost at an acceptable rate. Shipping options are calculated and shown at checkout.

✉️ Tracked: If your order is being shipped with tracking, we will email you with a shipping notification that includes a tracking number and instructions.

✉️ Untracked: If choosing untracked shipping, we will not be liable for orders that are lost in transit.

DISCLAIMER: Once we have shipped your order, we encourage you to keep an eye out during the estimated window of delivery. If you have problems with the shipment or delivery, please call your postal service first. You can use your tracking number (if you have one) and try and resolve the problem with the delivery service before you contact us. If you're unable to find a resolution, please feel free to contact us directly and we will try our best to figure it out.

TARIFFS & DUTIES

Studio Ansitru ships from Belgium.

Please keep in mind that parcels are shipped on a DDU (delivery duties unpaid) basis, which means you may be subject to import duties and local taxes upon arrival.

Please check your local customs regulations prior to purchase to determine if fees will be applicable.

✉️ FOR PACKAGES TO THE USA: Packages with physical items are sent as DDP via UPS only. Tariffs & UPS brokerage fees are calculated after checkout, at 33% of the cart total before shipping and are invoiced separately, since automatic calculations on Big Cartel don't differentiate between physical and digital items.

By invoicing before shipping, we can pre-pay tariffs & brokerage fees on our end, to hopefully ensure no extra costs are due upon arrival, barring any last-minute changes in tariffs as decided by the US government.

Digital items are unaffected by this.
