Returns and refunds

Thank you for shopping with Studio Ansitru. If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we’re here to help!
We accept returns in case the order arrives damaged or doesn't fit as expected.
Returns must be sent & received at our address within 30 days from the date of dispatch. Your return will not be accepted if it arrives later than this.
We'll send a replacement (if possible) or full refund (in case of OOAK items) , for any items damaged during shipping.

To start a return, or in the rare occurrence that an item arrived damaged or faulty, please contact us with:
- Your full name
- Order number
- A brief description of the problem
- Photographs showing the fault/damage
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use. Next steps depend on each specific case to resolve the issue, but typically:
✔️ Once we've received and reviewed your return, we'll notify you by email to confirm that your refund or replacement has been processed.
✔️ We aim to process your refund or replacement quickly - usually within 48 hours of receipt. However, this can take up to 5 working days during busier periods. Thanks for your patience!

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
❌ Custom orders can't be returned unless we made a mistake.
Custom orders go through various rounds of feedback, so if you spot something that you'd like to change, please flag it before shipping. If you spot a mistake we've made, after it's already been shipped out, please send us an email, so we can take it from there.
❌ Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
❌ Digital files: All digital downloads are final sale.
Digital files are clearly marked as digital files on the listing. In case of doubt, please don't hesitate to contact us before purchasing.

The customer is liable for the cost of return shipping and any additional custom charges; unless faulty or sent in error.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
