TURNAROUND TIME
The current turnaround time on pieces that are in stock is 3-5 business days from the moment we receive the order until it is packed in and shipped, on its way to you. <3
If a piece needs to be made from scratch, the turnaround time might be longer but you will be notified.
SHIPPING
All current shipping quotes are calculated without a tracking number, to keep the shipping cost at an acceptable rate. Tracked shipping is available on request, however. To request a quote, please contact us via the contact form.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
Studio Ansitru ships from Belgium.
Please keep in mind that parcels are shipped on a DDU (delivery duties unpaid) basis, which means you may be subject to import duties and local taxes.
Please check your local customs regulations prior to purchase to determine if fees will be applicable.
